Shaq won that other ring because he was riding Wade. The same way he rode Kobe to 3 rings even though he gets credited it for that.

Shaq always needs an all world guard playing next to him to be effective.

Um are you kidding? There is a reason he is/was known as the Most Dominant Ever. Just because he left the Lakers on a sour note doesn't give you a right to complete disregard objectivity and trash Shaq. He was out of this world during their 3 peat. It is as simple as that. To say otherwise would be completely asinine and unfair to what Shaq accomplished in LA. I'm pretty sure dating back to Shaq's rookie year, he didn't really have an all world guard (unless you consider Nick Anderson/Dennis Scott all world) and he still put up gaudy numbers
