Lakers keep Sasha in L.A.

A-He's younger and still developing. Devean, despite the number improvements relied on athleticism and was iffy skill wise

B-Sasha lives for big moments and has been a clutch player in multiple Utah games and in the finals this year. He was a star professional abroad, but feels underappreciated whereas Devean was pegged as an overacheiver from a nothing school and never seemed too hungry. The mentality is way different. I expect Sasha to continue his prime development for a few more years, he doesn't give me any indication he feels he has "arrived"

C-Devean development and attitude was partially spoiled by championships and the overwhelming duo of Shaq and Kobe. Sasha hasn't tasted one yet, but he's tasted something Devean never caught wind of: Lakers vs Celtics.
