There is no Ron Harper in Coby Karl's body. And how come people are only considered trolls when they say something that people don't like . I'm a Lakers fan and have always been so as a MOd please act like an adult. Get off the high horse .

I just don't agree simple as that . If not agreeing that Coby Karl is Ron harper 5- 10 years from now is bashing Lakers players then sorry. Let's just hope h is here come next year instead of hanging up his jersey in the rafters. Damn those trolls.

Where exactly did I say he is as good as Harper?

I'll try to make myself clearer; I'm saying that if we move him to PG (which is the main point of this thread), I think he has the potential make-up to become the same type of player that Harper was towards end of his career — an extremely stabile initiator, amongst other things. Coby Karl will never be as good as Harper was at his peak. I've never claimed that. He is not as talented as Harper was, not as dominant as he was, not as athletic as he was at his peak — but he has the potential to be able to fill the same type of function in the very same system, in the future. If we give him time at PG.

Making more sense to you?

IS this an example of me picking a fight with you or vice versa attempting to denigrate me ? This is why I responded the way I did later . You hear and read what you want to and then turn around and put things in my mouth and then threaten to warn me for standing my ground. Is this the function of a MOD ?

I am picking no fights just stating my honest opinion. Ron Harper was a very highly intelligent player with great ball control, balance and creativity. If Karl can harness all those and make the Lakers better great but Ron Harper was a very special player. Just saying

Calm down.

I didn't warn you, nor would I ever do that for the wrong reasons. I'm just saying you shouldn't be so combative and use such a derogatory tone towards anyone here when you haven't yet taken the time to understand the poster you're attacking. You can pretend you honestly missed the point all you want, I don't buy it. Let's agree to disagree about Karl's talents, I guess.

PM me if you have any further questions regarding what's accepted behavior around here. You should read the rules of the site, as well.

Never said I missed ay point . Cause I didn't
Don't speak in a derogatory manner to people. I leave that to high and mighties. Know any ?
Just don't agree about Coby Karl's abilities in the here and now nor the future.

Back to topic . PM me if you would like to be reminded that people can feel free to disagree and not be reprimanded for it.

Coby Karl is just taller than Mike Penberthy, but with a worse shot.

I'd rather give Penberthy another shot
