O.T. Iverson for Billups/McDyess Official

Now that the trade is finalized there are rumours that Antonio McDyess doesn't want to be on the nuggets and that he will either negotiate a buyout or retire.

Wouldn't he be a huge pickup for the Lakers through trade or the MLE? I wouldn't mind giving up Luke for a year of McDyess's consistent D and Rebounding PLUS he has a mid range game (aka pau's high post role). I think they lakers should consider taking a look at this option. If it works financially for Dr. Buss, I don't see why the don't do this.

Let me know your opinion about my opinion and the AI - Billups trade

My opinion is to make another thread on this trade. So, be right back.

There was talk the Nuggets might buy out the remainder of McDyess' contract and he could eventually return to the Pistons, but Rex Chapman, Denver's vice president of player personnel, said McDyess would stay with the team. It would mark McDyess' third tenure with the Nuggets.
