Very easily Minhee, he's a very good player to have coming off the bench & he's very effective

tier 1 - superstars
kobe - does everything

tier 2 - stars

gasol - great offense + length
bynum - great defense + length
odom - great rebounding + passing + flexibility

tier 3 - solid role players

fisher - PG defense + 3pt shooting + experience
farmar - instant offense + (3pt shooting)
ariza - defensive hustle + length
sasha - 3pt shooting + (defensive hustle)
radman - 3pt shooting + (defense)

tier 4 - backups
walton - passing
mihm - solid backup C
powell - decent backup PF/C

tier 5 - scrubs
mbenga - dacos
sun - chinese $$$ marketing purposes

at least thats the way playing time has panned out, but walton is sort of in limbo between tiers 3 and 4 at times

flexibility up and down the roster, talent up and down the roster, there isnt a team that we cant adjust to

10 man rotation
Kobe
Gasol
Odom - He helped take the Lakers to the Finals Odom is a better PF than Bynum is a Center right now
Bynum - Bynum will be 3rd best by March perhaps but that new contract has made him less hungry
Fisher - Best head composure in basketball
Radmon - more valuable than Sasha because of his size
Sasha - Open shooters = high value
Luke - Ariza is a better fit for the team but lukes knowledge vet status... he is better for now
Farmar - last years play-offs show this
Ariza - hasnt proven himself more. Great game against Houston... hasnt played enough games as a Laker to move up
11th Mihm - undervalued, he will be a great back up this year
Lakers are 22-3 in OT last 6 seasons:Kobe best OT closer!
