I'm not down on Phil Jajwanda nor am I riled up..............been watching NBA ball for 30+ years. Just calling it the way I seed the situation. Truth be told................the truth hurts when people can't accept something about this team isn't right yet many here pretend it's all good and we'll recover real soon.

Don't work that way bruh.

Are you talking to me?

LOLOLO...............I was talking about Coach Jackson. But as far as the general feeling on the board I'd say it's 50-50, on how everyone feels right now. Bottom line is some are in denial big time, the team is struggling big time no two ways about that it's a fact. Look Phil all the team really needs is probably 2 maybe 3 solid games to restore some confidence or swagger it takes to be good. But until the problem is recognized by the coaching staff and players themselves.......the struggle will continue period.

I wasnt referring to your mention of Coach Phil Jackson. I was reffering to your post about " people cant accept something about the team that isnt right"

I never once said there was no need for concern and I referenced the fact that they were playing like crap for the past games and getting wins. This as an effect, didnt allow the team to dig deep within themselves and that they think they can win even when playing bad. Now, here we are coming off 2 losses.... this kind of poor play and losses should be the kick in the rear the team needs.

It is a long season and its better to work out our problems now rather than later. I know this team is talented enough to play at an elite level, I have seen it.
I also know there is too much pride with Kobe, Phil, Fish. Gasol to right this ship...

Wasn't referring to you in particular just the general perception of the board.

Again I never said you personally didn't recognized the fact of the bad play lately. And I agree with everything else.

Most definitely agree, I just think the fans are tired of seeing the guys talk about it and rather just see them do it.

In closing I know my post were probably worded strongly, I was clearly trying to attack the " it's OK, we'll be OK " perception, not saying you were the one professing it. This is an adversity period for the team and it seems like for our board too. We'll get through it though, it's all good with me Phil.
