i credit the coaching staff

i remember in one of those KLAC AM570 podcasts where they talk about trevor's sudden impact off the bench

about how trevor coming from orlando he was asked specifically NEVER to shoot the ball, and that seem incredulous to the coaching staff, they watched his stroke, corrected it and told him to shoot the damn ball

big props to this guy. when you have the heart and desire, it doesnt matter what part of the game you want to improve, it will get better. magic didnt have crap of a jump shot initially with the LAKERs, but his heart and desire to become better and be the best took his shot to be an awesome weapon.

ariza has the heart and desire to begin with. and thats all he needs. backed again by what was mentioned above, good coaching, his game will skyrocket through the roof.
