This isn't the first time I've heard him say something like this. He had an interview several weeks back where he said about the same thing -- that he liked how Vlad was playing and the reasoning was internal.

I have no idea what that could possibly mean, but it's hard to imagine that he's somehow showcasing Walton out there. No one is going to bite. On the other hand, perhaps we are considering packaging him with someone else? Powell maybe? I could probably go on and on speculating, so I guess I'll just shut up.

maybe luke already knows and is trying to make himself look better..
Personally either of them are tradeable... Maybe Phil is trying to showcase one the first half and the other the other half of the season... The word internal is making me crazy. i want to know what it is LOL.

Vlade showed up for the shoot around for the Clippers game, with only 5 minutes left.

They believe that it is some sort of punishment and a statement for showing up late.
