The thing I really hate about Lamar is that he plays clutch moments, but he is a known repeat choker and his free throws are unacceptable in the clutch or mostly ever. You can't have a guy who doesn't hit jumpers and doesn't make ft's play in the clutch. I think it's the dumbest thing Phil does.

edit- Xmas vs Boston... LO was money and hit those two 3's... that was a big thing for us. I just don't see him being able to do that as often as we need him to if he were to stay with even a marked down salary.

I think as Bynum continues to develop we will start to see more of him and less Lamar in clutch time (especially if Bynum keeps playing as well as he has recently)

I want to see him stay, and then deal with it off-season. As Bynum is coming out and gets increasingly dominant, there won't be much need for us to go to him in big game clutch situations for offense, thus he will be less of a "risk". I'll take his word for it, I think he wants to stay, paycut or not.

EDIT: Oops, just saw the post above mine. Good point!
