Just wanted to say that the supposed belief that we think we're your rivals is really just a myth perpetuated by the uninformed casual fan. Obviously we hate you guys because you've ripped our hearts out so many times in the past...I'm honest enough to admit that and most of us on our board are too

There is no Rivalry, we get our arses handed to us when we play in the Rose Garden and thats about it. Playoffs and Finals I guess you can say we own them.

But as far as the remarks about the Blazers, Ya your right, I GUESS, but with all do respect and you noticed I said with all do respect............. WE DONT sit on our board and drop the F BOMB on you guys or your fans everyday, but thats just me.

Blazer fan here who read that story last night. My first thought after reading it was so that is what Tony Montana does for a living.

Most of you guys are right Portland is not on the same level, but like many WC teams the intensity level is that much higher than with other teams due to a combination of all the SoCal natives who now live in PDX, the Lakers being the top dog, and Kobe.

I'm sure the same thing happens when the Lakers visit other arenas, but clearly by the venting that is still going on and the fact that they warranted an article shows that Portland has struck a nerve.

see, i saw a lot of these comments on your board. apparently a lot of posters on your board think that the author is affiliated with the lakers since u refer to the author's feelings as if they are the same as the lakers' feelings.

Let it go Deep, they can sit there and talk all their garbage about Us and our fans, but the minute you say something that digs deep in their hearts they sit there and complain.
