Your right they should actually hire a Dream to coach him makes all the sense in the world. That would explain him having no post moves, Lucas was a bruiser and a rebounder he scored the dirty way......with hard work.
Greg having an Olajuwon would work wonders for him, Dream's footwork was one of best during his time as a 5 man during the 90's. Thing is Dream has no connection with Portland, but neither does Ewing in Orlando and he's work wonders for Howard. I get where your coming from though.
Likewise bro, I've always been good with most of the Portland guys even when I vistis your board. The bottom line is this, if we're going to discuss ball you have to keep it to the topic at hand. Everything is just opinions anyway, no use in taking it personal...........but it's to bad some do.Norm2953 wrote:
Have enjoyed the conversation for it's too bad the fans get so wound up with stupid comments
for the Portland board is always bombarded with the negative Oden comments.
I do believe Oden has a higher ceiling than Drew but it's also true Drew is much farther along in
his development. Both guys are physical specimens who have been getting hurt but both teams
are setup to compete without their centers (JP and Gasol) and there is nothing wrong with
a potential second round matchup featuring Kobe and Roy. As long as the Lakers are not playing the Blazers, I'd rather your team won the conference championship than a thug team like Denver.

Are you guys looking over your shoulders?

You will face a very different Lakers and not to mention Kobe in the playoffs. They are going to be a beast. Please lets be real and call a spade a spade. It ain't happening for the Blazers this year (at least not until the Lakers have their trio of Kobe, Pau & Drew)
