I doubt Ariza gets any offers more than the MLE, and that's probably what he's worth and what he's going to get from the Lakers.

A Luke style deal (but pray he doesn't stall like Luke)
4.5
5.0
5.5
6.0
6.6

takes him from age 24-28, in tandem with Kobe's opt out and re-sign for 5 yrs, both through 2014.
The wings are set.

The future looks good:
Gasol to 2011
Sasha to 2011 (hopefully moved, this off-season doubtful or next when he's an expiring)
Odom to 2012 (3 yr 27m at 8/9/10)
Brown to 2012 (3 yr 9m at 2/3/4, third year seals the deal)
Bynum to 2012 (or 2013 w team option)
Luke to 2013
Kobe to 2014 (5 yr 100m at 18/19/20/21/22 as One Love mentioned I think)
Ariza to 2014 (escalating 10% deal, the length seals the deal)

we'll overpay for ariza and then he'll go the same route as sasha, luke, radman, brian cook etc... another overpaid bench player who nobody will touch.
