I think yes. Maybe for a lot less than he is asking and for a lot shorter than we think. After he and his agent realizes there is just no money out there they will sign for the $7-8 or $9 but only for a year so that he can try his luck again next year. However if this does happen there is a really good chance Mitch will trade him by the deadline so that we do not loose his talent for nothing next offseason. Just my thoughts, what do you guys think?
“If this is his team, that means no more coming into camp fat/out of shape, no more blaming others for our team’s failure, my team doesn’t mean only when we win it means carrying the burden of defeat just as gracefully as you carry a championship trophy.”

Hmm? I don't see any other threads regarding Lamar Odom. Is my screen missing something yours isn't?

I'm pretty confident he'll be back, seeing as how the Lakers can match any offer any team makes (Portland) if such case were to happen. Lamar definitely wants to return to LA I think so it definitely isn't a question about testing himself in the waters with other teams. This is a Championship caliber team already with him coming back. The problem here is just money issues. They'll have to compromise but eventually, he'll end up staying LA. You can almost bet on it.
