I hope Rambis leaving opens a permanant spot on the bench for Kareem... It'd be nice to see him drop the consultant tag and pick up an 'assistant' tag...
He really seemed jazzed about being part of the celebration and seems to respect Phil and the rest of the Org.... I think it's time for him.
