If Ron keeps hitting the gym before 7 the Lakers are in great shape and he is focused
Lakers are 22-3 in OT last 6 seasons:Kobe best OT closer!

WHATTTTTTTT???
Brah I hit the gym in the mornings at 5:30 get done at 7 got to work and bust my arse on cars.... Engine trans etc, then leave work at 6:30 and back in the gym or on the court.......... I do it twice and I have a hard job the whole day.
I commend you for your work ethic it takes a lot of self drive and will to continuously bust your butt, especially if your sole goal is to stay in good shape.
But do you outwork Kobe Bryant??? If so your motivation has the ability to take you far in life and become very successful.
Things that set Kobe apart from the rest from what I have read, heard, and believe:
1. The dude has probably a 100 million dollars chilling in his bank account.
2. 4 championship rings, MVP etc.
3. Wife, kids, good family life
4. Recognized as one of the best players in history to play the game of basketball.
5. Also consider his dad was pro baller so his family was wealthy when he was young
but till this day he maintains a determined and relentless desire to be the best
1. Countless hours playing by himself, emulating moves he learned from studying tape even though he was a rich kid
2. In high school asked janitor for keys to gym so he could practice.
3. After air balling two shots against Jazz in the playoffs, went to a high school to practice the same shots.
3. Has midnight workout sessions, (dude doesn't sleep much)
4. Watches tape in hotel, in his car to game, studies scouting reports through the night etc.
5. Put 15-20 pounds of muscle on during offseason (2003 I think, not an easy thing to do)
6. Even at age 30 he finishes first in all sprints that he participates in during training camp and practices, edging out farmar, just so nobody beats him.
7. On game days has intense workouts maybe more than 1 I forgot (espn article), and then takes ice bath, before heading to staples.
This probably isn't enough to comprehend the work that goes into becoming the player he is. The multiple facets of the game he practices hour on end, dribbling, defensive stance, bank shots, shooting release, quick release, fadeaway, post moves etc.
There is a reason he has the fewest weaknesses in his game compared to all players. He is a different breed of human, seen every couple decades. So you probably have 98-99% of the world beat with how hard you may work but kobe is probably in the top .001%.
I am a huge Kobe fan so all these facts come from the articles, interviews, biography, videos, and stories told by people on tv or radio stations that I have heard or read from 1996 to present. I might be able to dig up the references for some particular facts, but it would take awhile.
One of the many reasons why I like Kobe (over le.ahem..). Kobe is probably just a typical athletic NBA guard, with nothing super special about his physical abilities but everything is just excellent with him because it's all a product of raw will and hard work. The endurance, strength, and talented footwork combined with a honed mid-range just makes his game beautiful to watch. I like his drive to be the best, and drive to completely dissect his opponents to win. My favorite part about Kobe is when he plays more of a small foward going into high post position and attacking with fadeaways or just breaking down the defense. You can easily tell just by watching how much the defense immediately focuses on Kobe once he gets the ball in that position. In that moment, the offense is open to attack with cuts, or spot up shooting. That fadeaway, added with the strength to post up bigger guards is all a product of putting hours in the weight room and practicing that jumper.
