See... That's not even fair...

He clearly knows what everyone's holding, because he can HEAR the differences in the cards...

There's not one quote from Farmer in the article. Its a bad, speculative article. Who gives a rats a$$ if he changes his number. Maybe he wants to sell more jerseys in what most of you seem to hope is his last season as a Laker.

We need to flip Farmar.

He deserves to start somewhere else and he's not the future PG of this team. It works for both sides.

Wait what???

For starters all the article is talking about is Dumbo changing numbers and the fact that he has an attitude problems as well him being cocky. Thats all. And we already knew that. So why would Dumbo quote anything in that article?

Also I dont think Farmar has a really large fan base that have actually purchased his last jersey, neverthless I dont really see a lot of people running to buy his new jersey, so if Farmar thinks that changing his number is going to help raise the sales in his jersey, he needs to take his arse back to UCLA and take some Business Classes and while he's there also attened a basketball camp and see if he can work on his sorry arse game. Cause he is going to fali missrebaly.

Farmar's actions is simple, he's trying to market himself knowing that this is his contract season. He is digging in every whole trying to draw attention to himself through every channel he possibly can. I mean we can clearly see that the way he is approaching every media source he possibly can, and now he is changing his number and trying to get more media converage and I really dont think its going to work. We all remember Bynum and his training videos and the way he tried to market himself after his knee injury and his contract year.

What Dumbo needs to do is STFU and play his game and improve his game and allow his game to do all the talking. Its the best way any player will get his contract, but some try to go public and use the media as one of their source to market themselves and Dumbos number change is a weak approach. I mean lets face it, he isnt a Jordan or a Kobe.

His Dumbo ears might actually be bigger than mine and Reggie miller's.

But that's probably due to the fact he's bald.

Bynum had training videos?

Got a sample for me?

Are you guys sure he's trying to market himself?

I haven't heard anything about Farmar until I came back to this forum about 2 days ago after a brief break.

And I agree with the notion that he's gotta be a "team guy" or else Phil's not gonna play him.

It's OKAY to get your Steve Nash on Phil's team, he doesn't have to play UCLA ball.

Actually, I love this spirit coming from Farmar. If he can come out and play well enough to show Phil he can take that starting spot away from Fish, then I'm all for it. It just makes us a better team. I strongly doubt he disrupts the chemistry if he's getting lots of playing time and playing well. Even if he doesn't start. Fisher isn't going to play major minutes at this point of his career so minutes will be available for Jordan.
