I'm fine with what we got its all about how we use it tho. Another thing I don't get is why is everyone is saying that our bench is week. I think everyone forgot that Gasol sometimes play with the bench mob, fronting a line up of Farmar/Vujacic/Walton/Odom/Gasol. which is pretty damn good.

SF:Artest/Walton/Morrison
PF:Gasol/Odom/Powell
C:Bynum/Mbenga
SG:Bryant/Vujacic
PG:Fisher/Brown/Farmar

Fisher would bring leadership to the second unit and they only wanna play him 24 minutes so why make them agaisnt starters.
Why not go with an impossible lineup for others to compete with? Odom-Kobe-Ron all ball handlers capable of guarding and playing other positions handling the ball and making plays.

Nothing wrong with losing a few regular season games to experiment. But come April, Odom can't guard the Derron Williams', Tony Parkers', Chris Pauls', etc.

Neither can Kobe or Artest, nor would we want them. I know Fish can't either, but that lineup just ends up trading points, it doesn't give a surefire advantage to me on paper.

I'd rather try swapping out Odom and Bynum for a little while. Fish defers even as a leader, Odom/Kobe/Artest/Gasol/Bynum is too many touches expected. They can't co-exist together for long.

Kobe & Artest can guard those guys especially for stretches. Besides if they get by one, look how big the front line is. Of course Lamar wouldn't try guard 1 of them he would switch off on "D" also when the game is slowed down to a half court game (which is normally what happens in the playoffs) speed is neutralized.

Brown will probably play the 1 & the 2, I did mention that the bench wont all be in there at the same time.
