Don't get me wrong. I'm definitely hard on Andrew, probably harder than he deserves. I fully admit that. I just want him to be the complete player I know he can be.

Ok now we are finding common ground. I want him to reach his full potential as bad as anyone because as i've stated many times before our future depends on it, but riding they guy into the ground isn't going to help (referring to you saying you're probably harder on him than he deserves)
