Why is Derek Fisher still playing

as long as the lakers keep going to at least the wcf's. fisher wont go anywhere. why?? i have no clue. everyone knows the lakers are winning in spite of him and not because of him. i dont care anymore about the clutch 3's. he can do that off the bench. derek fisher is not a starting point guard. actually be been horrible since that 01 playoff series when bibby torched him.
