Awesome job to Melo today. I'm actually thinking we made an upgrade over Ariza now...

gotta love ron. if only all our players had this type of defensive attitude
Only on realgm is 27,000 points, 5 rings, 1 rs mvp and 2 finals mvp considered overrated!

I'd say about 235, just keep lean and strong, without the bulk. His body can't handle the weight as we saw with his planter facitis, and he moves so much better now than a month ago with the less weight, but I'd still like to see him be able to dunk, LOL. Kinda being facitious but the guy can barly get to the rim.

ron is straight looking stars down. haven't seen this type of defense around here in a long time. just physically punishing people from the defensive end.

imo 245 sounds about right... for this season...

he was 268 prior to the season, but he looked bulky and immovable. eventually, to maintain that speed, hes going to need to trim it down further...

hes only 30 this season, hes got a few more years at around this weight before he really needs to cut down to say 225, 220... much like kobe going from 240 lbs in '06 to currently 210, 215 atm, just to maintain mobility

Its paying off for Ron. Tonight the Lakers play the Heat. It would be nice to see Ron and D Wade go at each other during some point of the game.
