Good News/Bad News

Post#1 » by KOBE_PAUER » Sun May 9, 2010 6:10 pm

Good News.....

1. Kobe seems great again, he played a hell of a game, Im so proud of him. He is healthy, agile, his stroke is back, he isnt gassing....
2. Fisher and RonRon stepped up big.
3. We can count on Pau every single night, if he cant score he'll contribute in another way.
4. This team has become amazing in close games. I cant remember when we lost a close game in crunch time. Thats a huge quality to this team.

Bad News......

1- Drew with 0 points and 4 rebounds is unacceptable, and Im worried about it, its not possible he does a game like that, his injury is getting worst I fear.....
2- Odom's still playing like a *****. If Odom plays at this level we have 0 chances to win the 'ship.
3. Brown's a ballhog and has the IQ of a chicken, Farmar cant do something good for the team, and the bench continues struggling so far.
4. Luke didnt play, so he's injured again....Too bad, he's the only who can pass the ball coming off the bench.

Some new thoughts???

Do you expect Bynum to score 20 points with 1 shot attempt? In case you didn't notice, if our guard play wasn't good last night, we wouldn't have won. Pau never got much post up opportunities last night either. They way Utah was playing our post game, they forced us to be good from the outside.

Of course, but Bynum did nothing on the boards, play defense, etc. He looked pretty bad, even if we didnt play to the post, our bigs need to contribute in another ways. And I think Bynum didnt play in all the 4th quarter. Im not blaming him, but I fear his injury is getting worst.

I'll give it another game

1. those things happen?

2. I think it's normal..like always odom will bounce back

3.nothing new. we made it on the 2nd round and has a 3-0 lead with them being like that. we don't really expect them to give us more, if they can somehow at least be decent we'll be OK.

4. I don't really know anything about luke's injury so I can't comment on this one. if it's true then yea that's a bad thing. we need him off the bench.

Remember guys Andrew had just 3 touches the hole time he played..I think he will be ok..Odom comes up big when it counts..like those free throws and that clutch 3..with out either of his points..we lose!

I dont see anything but good news from this game. Teams out there are stamping a rep on us. They think: lakers win because of their length inside. So.... they focus hard on our interior dominance, and we beat them with our guards.

Dear fellow NBA teams,

Don't think that if you shut down the bigs you win. The mamba and D-Fish can and will take good care of ya. You gotta pick your poison.

Sincerely,

Lakeshow

Good news - Lamar will bounce back and he's historically/usually good vs either Suns, Cleveland or Orlando.

This does it for me
Only on realgm is 27,000 points, 5 rings, 1 rs mvp and 2 finals mvp considered overrated!

While you're playing a team with minimum front court presence. (and injuries).

Suns wont be any problem either.

Cavs in the finals though?

did you watch the game...
the scouting report was to double anybody in the post and let the perimeter guys shoot lights out

which is a good strategy but not if lil fish and ron ron are knocking down threes

as far as i know its only good news
