You can't put an asterisk on the Laker 3 peat thats Ridiculous!!!!!

That is not true in that last game 7 in Sacramento they missed half of there free throw shots 16/30 they had there chance. Also no kidding refs will call more fouls for home teams this is commons knowledge. I still don't believe a word Tim Donaghy has to say and he is still trying to clean up his image. This is a stupid claim by saying how the nba is somehow corrupt telling official how to call games for the teams they want to win. That is simply not true.

really?
The Spurs in their series had 111 free throws to the Suns 109.

The Blazers in their series had 160 free throws to the Suns 153.

I'm sorry, but I can't believe that both the Blazers and Spurs are that much better than we are that we are down 41 free throws in just 4 games. It's called extending a series sounds corrupt to me and why is it so hard for people to believe that because they caught one BAD ref the others are pure gold? No if there's one there are more without a doubt

I read Tim Donaghy's book and around the NBA Dick Bavetta is known as the ref that cheats the most. He always keeps the games close and helps the team that needs the game more win the game (He reffed game 3 against Utah when Fisher was grabbed on that last inbounds pass and there was a no call and when kobe was slapped on the two previous shots)

Yeah, curiously the Suns shot more free throws than the Lakers in the Staples today. I dont know but I feel like we'll pay all our life 2002 WCF against the Queens.... We need extra-efforts to win the games.

Any Laker fan who thinks Donaghy is right is basically admitting that every single Championship you've won under David Stern as the NBA Commissioner is worthless. Any kind of success the Lakers have achieved becomes useless foder if you honestly believe the NBA is even partly fraudulent.

It's definitely not in your best interests to agree with this man ;)

Well, if you saw the first 3 games of that series---you'd know he was correct---But even the refs didn't have enough tricks up their sleeves to keep the Cavs from getting their azzzes kicked.

There might be other refs that are corrupt. However Tim claims its the David Stern and the league is behind this corruption. There might be some more corrupt refs out there. Crack down also, the nba needs let more physical play instead of these bull flagrant fouls.

So Stern must have called Adelman and told him to make sure he "hack-a-Shaq'd" twice in the final minutes, and to make sure they get a T called in the 4th for whining, and to foul to stop the clock twice in the closing seconds... 9 "extra" FTs for LA in the 4th qtr directly caused by Sacto not by the refs. Now do the math on the FT disparity... much more reasonable.
