Has Jordan Farmar played himself into a new contract? I know he said he want to be a starter elsewhere but with a title anything is possible.

If Jordan was 3-4 inches taller he'd be perfect for us. A combo guard that can give us 30 minutes a game at the 1 or 2.

We desperately somebody like that to give Kobe a rest during the regular season.

the toughness that Artest plays with on the defensive end is unmatched.

They changed it wtf?
It's still 2-3-2 fellas, they're not going to ever change it......2-2-1-1-1 makes no sense at all in today's sports world.

Thanks Deep ESPN NEWS had that graphic up the entire post conference. 2-2-1-1-1. that's why i brought it up.

Pierce is the only one that can truly hurt us, I'm so glad we have Artest. As long as Artest keeps his head we're gonna be fine.

Who was MVP today?

just like that play from rondo where he dived for the ball, i thought KG failing it put down an easy slam just pretty much summed up the entire game how they were playing, glorious thing to see.

Pau and everyone did great! ron was a bad ass ! but lets not forget how KOBE distorted the celtics offensive execution. He got ray into foul trouble early and often as he sucked in the defense multiple times leaving pau for open shots or a hockey assist to another teammate.

[urlhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EAiLw887rss][/url] omg i just think of kobe talking to all the celtics this way.....and where's the poster that said rondo's gona kill us and we can't guard him?
How's this for an almost unbelievable Laker trivia: The Lakers will miss the playoffs this year for the 3rd time since 1976.
Just 3 times in almost 40 years!!!!

Pau made KG loook like the chump he is.

Bynum was a beast inside and scared all the Celtics.

Ron played a nice game but I expect even better defense from him as the series goes on.

Kobe played a great all-around game.

The triplets (Fis/Farmar/Brown) played very well and held their opponets in check.

Four games like that and we're looking at a sweep!

AI,

give KG some respect, KG played on 1 leg this whole season. He's not a chump...

We gotta respect our opponents. It's just 1 game. Cleveland blew out Boston in the playoffs and Boston came back and beat the breaks out of Cleveland. Boston is going to adjust and I'm pretty sure it's going to be a tougher game on Sunday.

I want to see magic apologizing!

Kept my mouth shut but since we dominated game 1. Celtics fans are delusionally lost in 08...

 @ Tony Allen stopping Kobe and someone else mentioned making Kobe tired on the defensive end.
 @ Rondo killing us I think someone said butt **** in the C's forum.
 @ KG Dominating Pau (for someone who mentioned pau haters come out, I say HI!) Where was this dude in Phoenix he has to do this consistently through the series for me not to call him a gagina. But he did good tonight.
 @ Rasheed.

Lakers played like the celtics in 08, this game had no momentum at all timeouts & fouls staggered it bad. Lakers took over in one way execution execution execution. All our timeouts were good ones and productive. I ain't claiming nothing but last night for sure made a few C's fans should eat their words.

Outside of Kobe and maybe Fish, this team is notoriously bad at keeping the focus from game to game...

And after the Suns we all know how quickly momentum can change...

So let's not get too cocky yet... It was one game and only the start of our finishing some '08 business, not the end.

Next game will tell us a little more... After we see how we handle Boston's adjustments.

And the first couple games in Boston should tell us the rest of what we need to know.

No Jinx... There's still room for improvement. Let's keep the pressure on and crush them.

One game, guys. You can tell Kobe is not celebrating just yet. Lol the look on his face yday; he didn't seem to happy or excited about winning Game 1.

...Watching Bayless and friends on ESPN doing everything in their power to give as little credit to the Lakers for Boston's poor play... Basically, if you listen to them, Boston and the Refs gave the game to LA... F*** Bel-Biv-DaVoe....

Like I said before... It was one game... Crush them! Don't let up... Keep your foot on their throat and show them all...

As far as analysts...They know as much as we do, with the excpetion of a few analysts that really do their research. On top of that much of the media hates the Lakers. As far as I'm concerned they're the enemy.

I prefer watching the press conferences to get my information, listen to the people that are in the game rather than out of it.
