Good call. After all, Boston hasn't won in L.A. in more than one whole week!

yeah and if the celtics win game 6 in LA its going to be "we can't win it every year"

or the lakers are just losing to the better TEAM.

who said the Celtics have to beat the Lakers 3 time in a row. Right now all the Cs have to do is win 1 game. All the pressure now is on the Lakers. Since your coach is so good at calling out the Cs flaws as being one of the best team in the league at blowing 4th quarter leads. He might also want to point out how the Cs play better on the road then they do at home. So I don't think the Cs will be scared or won't come to play tomorrow night they will be ready. Although I think the Lakers will win tomorrow night. But game 7 will be a battle

You exaggerate.

In the playoffs overall, the Celtics are 9-3 at home and only 6-4 on the road.

In this series, the Celtics are 3-2 at home and only 1-1 on the road.

The Lakers probably have a better chance in any given game at home than they do on the road.

The difference isn't big, but there probably is one.

I'm looking at each of these games as a 50-50 chance, but that's just a rough approximation.

Jeeeezy fellas! Most of the experts have this series going 7 since day one. Kobe needs help uh yeah! But even Kobe said, Pau has been the most consistent Laker the whole series. Pau wont have another game like that again. If Pau scored 20 it would've been a different game.

Doc even said how much they needed this game. Yeah sure Lakers needed it too! But Boston needed it more and they played like they needed it more. Trust me they don't want to go 7 with Kobe, Pau, Fish and Artest. These guys will WILL their way to a win if it got to a Game 7 situation. Nothing but death would keep Kobe from leaving Staples without another ring and officially making it to the realm of the title Greatest Laker ever, if it came down to 7. He would just make it so.

But that being said we have to get to Game 7 first.

However, if we do fail at that Kobe Greatest Laker Ever talk should cease immediately. Reason being, if you can't beat the Celtics then you're just a very good Laker player in my book. You can't be in the discussion of a Magic or Kareem or whoever else.

If we fail Odom goes. Maybe for Bosh or somehow hold out for Melo. (I dunno?) Brown and the rest of bench maybe even Walton get shipped ( in the Bosh deal?). I think Farmar may remain. Phil showed a lot of confidence in Farmar this series. I see him getting more playing time next year.

Just my two cents.

Time to make Shaw the new coach. Buy a first round pick, say in the 15-20 range. Resign DJ and let the rest of the crap bench go. Farmar is restircted. If he wants to leave. Bye...

celtics can beat lakers 10 straight times if the goddamn refs keep handing the ball over to the celtics during the crucial moments in 4th quarter.

Garnets hand
Rondos foul
invisible 24 second shot clock

happens every game.

Man this has got to be the WORST weekend heading into the week ever. My damn XBOX 360 got the RROD on friday, I then spent multiple hours trying to fix it myself due to the warranty magically expiring, its was 92 degrees outside all weekend, and then my team gets SMACKED by the damn celtics. Not to mention Imma get fired if someone from my job asks me another dumb azz question like "did you see the game?" again.

WE CANNOT LOSE THIS. I can imagine all the sh** we will hear on these boards if we lose to boston again. :upset: :curse: :banghead:

By the way, sounds like The Raptors are about to blow it the heck up!

Farmar to Knicks is the new buzz too but this isn't a trade thread. But just as the critics started to count out the Cavs. They have started to speculate the implosion of the Lakers on Tuesday with all the Bosh to LA scenarios. Lets not fall victim to these everyone keep your head up!

The Lakers better win the **** game. I was pissed after that game 4 loss and even more pissed after game 5. I can't take another loss to the Celtics again, 08 was damaging enough.

I read here that Boston would never go up 3-2. They would never win 2 in a row against LA.

I don't know. It'll take the entire team to pull this off, not Kobe alone like in game 5.

well most analyst expected 7, maybe its pride maybe its hatred for Bos that some thought it would end in 5 or less......IF nobody shows up again other then Kobe, it's a disgrace that they have on that uniform, half of the roster should go
