I think Kobe and his teammates performance this first 1.5 quarters after the lashing out has proved any analysis from you Stu irrelevant. Just me though

Apparently Yahoo had it wrong. Supposedly that was a pep talk Kobe was giving. I think ESPN and Vic the Brick (KLAC in Los Angeles) cleared this up.... Dam media!

LeBron needs to watch and learn from Kobe what type of leadership it takes to be a champion. Pep talk, chewing out whatever, it doesn't matter. Kobe has picked his spots and has grown to become a leader.
much respect to the 2011-2012 champions, Miami Heat, well deserved

LeBron definitely has a lot to learn from Kobe... Dedication, commitment to the game, leadership...

But how the Lakers play in game 7 will be the true gauge of his leadership ability...

Game 6 was impressive, but we were coming off 2 tough losses and were heading home for the first time in a week or so, we were due for a big game...

But if we come out with fire and intensity and play loose in game 7 as well, after the big win and some home cooking and win the game, Kobe is the greatest team leader in the sport.

If we come out tight, slow, flat and complacent... Well... I think he doesn't deserve too much credit.

In all the big games of his career, I think Game 7 at home with a team basically built around him, against the tough and talented Celtics, might be the biggest game of his career. And since he is the emotional, talent, and will to win leader of the team. The result of game 7 will speak volumes about his leadership ability... No more talk, the opportunity is there... Time to TAKE it.
