Should run Kareem at PF and Shaq or Wilt at C. Kobe and West should also be running at SG and SF

1st team
Magic
Kobe
Baylor
Gasol
Kareem

vs

2nd team
Jerry West
Michael Cooper
James Worthy
Rob Horry
Shaq

Who wins?

Magic vs Jerry Both players can go off on each other, but Magic can dominate without scoring
Kobe vs Cooooop <-- offense vs defense Kobe easily, but Coop defense would make it hard on him, plus Kobe can't float on Coop on 3's
Worth vs Baylor - I think it's a wash, Baylor could put up 40, and worthy over 30
Gasol vs Horry - Good match for Gasol, Horry game based on quickness not strength
Kareem vs Shaq - Shaq scores 35-40 points. Kareem puts up 35 points, Shaq wins on rebounding, Kareem wins on block shots. I choose Kareem because he's more clutch down the stretch and can shoot free throws.

Why 1s team wins. Magic can get over 20 assists a game with his team, Kobe gets easy points etc..

Robert Horry? Horry hit some big shots for us but by no means is he one of the best power forwards in Lakers history. Gasol >>>> Horry... It wouldn't even be fair. Horry can shoot set 3's, that's it. Gasol would dominate him down low.

So many of the old timers say Wilt as the best big ever.

Then you have Kareem dominating @ Power, UCLA, MIL, and finally the Lakes. All levels.

I can't argue it, I never saw Wilt play, but hard to deny his numbers, they're beyond obnoxious.

If this fantasy starting five played together I'd pick Wilt, because he'd be playing with Pau, Wilt seems like he would have been more of a glass eater and banger with a bigger frame than KAJ. You could compare KAJ skilled game very much to TDunc's game, who played the 4 most of his career.

You weren't following the options on the site so you have Wilt, Mikan, Lovellette and I think of Worthy as a PF... you picked Horry?

Did Wilt, Mikan , start @ PF their whole careers. NO. Stick to the positions. You people need to offer your own opinions, instead of questioning mine.
