1. Shaq wants more than the MLE, he also burns bridges whenever he leaves a team.
2. Childress LEFT THE NBA FOR MORE MONEY, he's not taking a pay cut.
3. Young players that are good will not take pay cuts with the CBA running out, some old guys maybe, but not players in there prime.
