Three-Way:

To NYK: Shaq s-n-t (5m this yr, team opt next - in case they want to go after bigtime FA)
To LAL: Turiaf
To CLE: Sasha + pick + cash

Shaq gets one last chance as a starter on the big stage, perfect for his ego, NY clears Ronny's 11 cap hit.
LA gets a fan fave dirty work guy as 4th big, Bynum insurance, still have the 1.8 to sign a Sasha replacement like Barnes or TMac.
Cavs rebuilding get a pick, 3mil to buyout Sasha or pay for 55% of his yr. Parker could be added to save $.

Shaq didn't fit into Phoenix's system he's certainly is not gonna fit into NY's system. It looks like Turiaf is going to be the starting C in NY.

I think Ronny's got 2 years left and Sasha's expires next year.

Not that it matters much but Ronny has 1 year left on his contract just like Sasha.

He has a player option for 2012 worth 4.3 million. Can't really see him not picking that up unless he goes absolutely crazy this coming season in New York performance-wise.

Kwame still mad at Lakers fans? Otherwise he could be a good option.

Shaq should play in Dallas. Would be nice to finally see Dirk play alongside a man with cojones.

Edit: (my sincere apologies to Jason Kidd).

"Ronny Turriaf (1 yr. 4 mill remaining)

for

Sasha Vujacic(1 yr. 5.5 mill remaining)"

The Knicks would never do this trade because they are very thin up front to begin with!

the shaq option, though i really hate to admit this publicly, is sounding very very good at this point, providing he'd take it, and kobe willing...also provided they could get along...kobe would have to see a NEED, and snaq's tail would have to be very humbly tucked between his legs....the fact he cant seem to find any real interest, makes that seem possible...

Shaq will land somewhere I think right now Chicago looks like the best option. The Lakers would be nice to see but there is got to be a conference between Shaq, Kobe, Buss, Kupchak, Phil to see if they can all work together again.

To me, A backup center is more important than this combo guard, Sasha's has something to prove this year to the league (contract year).

With Battie signing today the backup PF/C market is shrinking what's left is Kwame, K.Thomas, E. Thomas, Ratliff, Jarron Collins, Joe Smith, Shaq, and of course resigning Powell.

I highly doubt a Lakers/Shaq reunion happens.

David Aldridge just posted on his twitter account that Powell is close to signing with the Hawks for 1yr minimum contract.
