It's a Sim League where you have players and they all have ratings and then they use software to simulate the scores, development, and w/e of those players and the games. You can trade, sign, waive, etc. It's nice, except they all die eventually b/c the Commish of it gets bored of scouting out future draft rounds for ratings.
