NCAA & NBA Work Together In The Right Way

I really am glad David Stern stepped in and convinced Isaiah Thomas to rescind his consulting contract with the Knicks. It definitely would have made things so shady between the NBA & NCAA. However I think it is time for the NCAA & NBA to work together. Let's make some college coaches around the country direct consultants to the NBA front office. By working together in this way the NCAA could keep more kids in school for more than one year. Also the NBA could also strengthen the D-League this way as well. By working together they can educate these kids better. Because let's face it these are 18 to 20 year old kids. They still need a tremendous amount of guidance. Obviously there would need to have some stipulations put in to make work the right way.

What type of stipulations would you like to see to make a situation like this work as a benefit?
