He should get that star design on is head like he had in '06 or '07 when he was trying to get recognition from coaches and voters. :D

As for the question he will NOT make the allstar game.

He has to beat out his own teammate Pau, Duncan, Dirk, Al Jefferson, David West, etc.

No chance he makes it.

David West does not play the same position as Pau, Duncan, Dirk, Al Jeff and AB. He may play PF for New Orleans, but the dude is the size of Devin Ebanks.

Although I agree that LO is a long shot to make the game straight up, but will probably fill an injured players spot. Bynum will not be an all star and if we are rolling through teams with LO as a starter, I don't see the need to mess with that by sticking Bynum back in that roll.

Seriously? I've never seem him being thus productive, this consistently for us. He's just on a different level than he's been on for the past seven years or so.

You are right, his consistency usually tops out at 2 games so he is doing much better that we are used to. This said, it remains to be seen if he keeps this going for a significant stretch (and in big games) so that it can be said he's turned a corner.

4 games in everyone needs to put it back in their pants and stop calling him a potential all star.

Keyword right there is potential. Odom is a potential All-Star every year he's been in the league. He has all the skillset and talent to do so, it's all mental with him though.

Unlikely Odom will be an all star this season u got to figure that Dirk and Pau will be the leading vote getters at PF those other guys like Duncan, West and Jefferson won't get enough votes to be all stars starters but the coaches may put a couple of those guys on the bench of the west team. And by the time the all star break gets here Odom will be coming off the bench and those other guys i just mentioned will still be starters. The all star starters will likely be.PG. Paul, SG. Kobe, SF. Melo(if not traded)or Durant, PF. Dirk or Pau (depending on votes), and C. Yao. The bench will for sure have Deron, Roy, Pau or Dirk, Melo or Durant.

This has been one of his best stretches as a Laker. I really hope he stays a starter when Bynum comes back. We always go through lulls when we try and re-incorperate him into the starting lineup, and we're playing good ball right now.

I can't believe Odom has never made an AS team.

Since it is in LA YES IT WILL HAPPEN but it would not have if Bynum wasnt a tool and had surgery before Africa and Europe vacations.
Lakers are 22-3 in OT last 6 seasons:Kobe best OT closer!
