i thought it was pretty much consensus that matt barnes was bloody good value for 3.8 mil /2 years

Well.. when he was signed, I was on a different forum and the general consensus there was that it was a bad signing because of his "attitude problems". It was sort of like when we signed Artest.

People who critcized those signings because of "attitude problems" are people who don't understand just how good of a coach phil is.

Looks like Matt is Rodmans successor not Artest.

Rodman couldn't score if his life depended on it (ala Ben Wallace and unlike Barnes).
