would've like to see Eddie retire as a Laker a little bit with Nick the quick (although his antics after getting worked by Utah in the playoff that one year wasn't nice lol). Those were the big time players I grew up with, always got a soft spot for those two.

Re: Players you want back in the NBA
Since HOF'ers are out... Here is my list:
Of course I'm biased and would like to see the likes of some former LAkers players, ya know: Anthony "Pig" Miller, Antonio Harvey, Jelani McCoy. Or some Clippers players, Pooh Richardson, Loy Vaught, Terry Dehere.
#9, Nick Van Exellent without a doubt.
Seriously, here are few I'd like to see play in today's NBA (considering the rules nowadays, it'd be tough for some on this list to NOT get suspended.)
Cedric Ceballos
Michael Cooper
Tim Hardaway
Kevin Johnson
Larry Johnson
Eddie Jones
Shawn Kemp
Alonzo Mourning
Charles Oakley
Gary Payton
Detlef Schrempf
Byron Scott

Allen Iverson - I mean come on man WTH? Couldn't the Nets or Kings use him Uh Charlotte?! Dam!
Penny Hardaway - I always get the Hardaways confused. But the Lil' Penny sets them apart.
Lil' Penny - HAHA! Does he count?
Chris Mihm - Still better than Kwame.
Luke Jackson - one of the 1st EMO ballers LOL! Didn't LeBron take his starting spot?
Sam Cassell - I bet he is still Clutch...

Charles Oakley would be a GREAT fit in LA.
Ron Harper in his Clipper days...
Rasheed Wallace
Mitch Richmond (Kings days, not Lakers days)
Eddie Jones and Glen Rice.

Former Lakers:
-Rick Fox
-Robert Horry
-Eddie Jones
-Nick Van Exel
I saw Horry and Jones on the SpikeTV show 'Pros vs Joes" and they look way out of shape, which is understandable...

I guess Trey Johnson.
Darius Miles
Ricky Davis
we still have LO. sign Brand and QRich. let's bring back the Clippers.
and Laron Profit would be a nice back up at 2.
