It isn't another NBA team and last I checked his own NBA team is the one who locked him out, not the other way around

These are not off-season tour teams or college teams. These are franchises, in a city where basketball is popular. The NBA isn't the only league. Kobe will be playing for another franchise, it will go on his career resume that he played for another team period
