might as well, cause nobody gona sign his sorry arse after his 2yrs are up, do Lakers a solid Luke, its not like you haven't been tremendously rewarded with rings you didn't earn and money you're stealing and space you're space wasting.

btw, couldn't we just trade him to a team if we can get confirmation from Luke that he'll retire? He'll get his money regardless, I think this would be the better route. Maybe to a team has a player we want on multi year contract that they no longer want. I know thats what Bos was rumored to do with Rasheed before he made his retirement official.
