I thought this was really interesting. Obviously, if there's an NBA season, Cleveland will amnesty he and his terrible contract. I've watched him tons with the Clippers, and when he's motivated and in shape, I really like his game. His shooting is a bit questionable, but his playmaking has always been great. I don't know if its just because our PG's suck so badly right now, but he just seems like a good risk if we can get him at a good price. Besides Magic, we've almost never had any good point guards...I remember clearly how refreshing it was watching our team and finally having a good point guard when we got Gary Payton, even if he was a little over the hill.

I also have my doubts about our ability to win another championship moving forward, especially with our guys getting older, having a worse coach, and with teams like the Heat, Thunder, etc. all getting better. I honestly feel we have to make smart moves if we're going to win another championship.

I was with you until you got to Mike Brown. Brown is a great coach, it was his offense that the Spurs used when Robinson and Duncan played together.
