Lakers Practice

Post#1 » by Puffthemagic » Sat Dec 10, 2011 8:49 am

How's this for an almost unbelievable Laker trivia: The Lakers will miss the playoffs this year for the 3rd time since 1976.
Just 3 times in almost 40 years!!!!

Mike Brown basically said he ran the Lebron pound/picknroll offense 30x times a game because that's all he wanted to do. :D

Kobe, when asked about his knee, ominously said "you'll see!".

Bynum claimed he forgot about his suspension and looked like he was in good shape.
C'mon, you apes! You wanna live forever?

Just out of curiousity, is anyone here familiar with the principles of Mike Brown's defensive strategy?

On December 12, 2011, Lin was claimed off waivers by the Houston Rockets.

More importantly than any jizzing going on the offense looks simple. Fisher-Kobe are getting down the floor far faster than anyone would really have imagined at their age (especially Fisher, damn he can still move). Bynum-Pau look in great shape and even if it's Luke it's pretty clear what slows down the offense (Ron).

If Ron is a backup as he's at the high elbow you'll be fine but in that starting unit he really bogs things down. That's probably why Matt Barnes is going to start.
