LAMAR ODOM on PTI with Tony & Mike

Post#1 » by The_Trade_Seer » Fri Dec 16, 2011 10:52 pm

L.O. looked SAD, wow ... he talked about how close he and Kobe are and how he told Kobe he was the "best basketball big brother" he could have ever had, etc.

He also made it clear that he was the one who demanded the trade because he felt like it was a foregone conclusion he would be dealt at some point this year and he wanted to pick the team he landed on.

What I got from all this is that ... Mitch messed up ... bad. I honestly believe Mitch was to soft on this one and did LO a solid instead of doing what was best for the Lakers ... and as I've said before if he can't atone for that mistake, and especially if the Mavs advance further in the playoffs than the Lakers this year, or God forbid, knock out the Lakers again ... it is a fireable mistake!

As for PTI ... I love that show ... Mike bothers me as I don't think he really knows what he's talking about, but Tony just cracks me up ... for some reason he reminds me of Don Knotts ... he's just hilarious to me.

I'm over it.

LO's actions are so transparent. He wanted to remain in the spotlight to benefit his show, hence the world champion Mavs. That's why he requested the trade, he knows the show is kaput if he lands in NO for example.

Before posters come here hating on me, don't forget Odom played the 'it's all business' card during his contract negotiations, so he's no angel.

I appreciate what he did for the team, but he needs to stop playing the scorned victim in this and man up, **** is beyond embarrassing.
C'mon, you apes! You wanna live forever?
