and he played the best D of the season and held westb to 3/22.

using last game to criticize him for lack of effort is wrong on so many levels...

about hill: he looked like trash to me before last game, so we'll see... if he have good games in the playoffs he could become a valuable trade piece.

If you mean in a Lakers uniform he really didn't play. Before that, dude has been doing that type of play since his Arizona days. He's not a starter, but for sure he's not a scrub

If you have a guy that's giving you solid production, perhaps even above average bench production at the PF spot that's a huge upgrade over Troy Murphy and Josh McRoberts for the total game.

Bad to average is just as important as average to really good and it's much easier to do.

I've had it with Murphy, I want him gone like last season gone. As for Hill he is the best big we got off the bench. He displayed what he's made of. The game against OKC was no fluke, the look in his face the look of a champ, no stupid fouls either.

Murphy is a UFA anyway so he will be gone. McBob is a good player, brings energy is seems to be able to move the ball. I think his main problem is that he really isnt featured in the offense. If I can remember didnt he have a decent outside shot? I have yet to see him take one with the Lakers though.
