Kobe only plays defense when it's an elite player, but he'll let guys like Afflalo, Sefolosha and lesser scrubs hit us up for big buckets in games when we need stops at all cost. If we had a lock down 5 man unit then those buckets aren't so bad, but we had no margin for error.

1st team should be for guys who actually care about defending at all cost, they still f**k'd up though with CP3's inclusion.

Ive been a huge Kobe fan and sometimes apoligist for years but in no way did he deserve to be on the all defensive team especially not the 2nd team. Kobe hasnt played on Dwade's level of Defense in about 2-3 years now. Not saying he isnt capable but its obviously he doesnt want to exert that kind of energy on D anymore.
