D-Mo will be ok.

What type of skill set though? From what I've seen, the guy has average to poor vision for a point guard, can't drive and finish, drives out of control, has no jump shot, etc. I just don't see anything in him. I'd put more faith in Glock and DJO than Morris.
Can't drive ? His whole game is base on driving......his problem like all rookies is reading NBA defenses. In college, defenses tend to leave gaps while in the NBA the gaps aren't there. They know how to wall off angles on the floor more effectively than college. Everything you said about him is him just figuring out the NBA in itself.

His jumper isn't as pure yet because again in college he didn't have to depend on it a a weapon. He's 6'4"...a full 6'4", and reports say he's worked on his jumper.

You guys here tend to stay status quo too much and don't give the benefit of the doubt that a player can work and change his game. If you think he can't then seems to me some here never really played ball at a high level before. You can always change your game, work on your game.

smh, all this talk over low 2nd round picks.

we're neither in a place where 2nd round picks get substantial run to improve themselves nor are any of our 2nd round picks actually have the talent to be serviceable role players off the bench without getting overawed and **** their pants on the floor.

only player that has a serviceable skill is glock and he probably wont get a second of meaningful burn unless its a blowout and kobe and meeks are icing their knees
