No, turnovers leading to fastbreaks and overall bad defense (boxing out second chances, help defence etc) has been killing the lakers.

The offence needs more fluidity ofcourse but that comes with times, the games were still winnable with a better defensive effort!

No not really, we get in lulls sometimes but our main problem is defense. We don't read the rotations well at all.
