I could see it happening if the Lakers improve their record dramatically, and Kobe continues his efficiency and high ppg.

As much as I'd love to see Mamba get another MVP I just don't think it's going to happen because Lakers just don't have enough wins and even if the Lakers go on a murderous terror the rest of the season Nash is going to get credit for it due to the fact the Lakers weren't winning while he was sidelined.

Hell yeah, King James deserves MVP over Kobe all day every day. King James helps his team, assists, shots, etc. LeBron deserves it.

The main thing separating Lebron and Kobe these days isn't assists or shots or scoring it's defense.

Only way Kobe can hope to win the MVP is if this teams record improves dramatically.

Kobe isn't even the MVP in LA, let alone the league.
