New coach won't matter

I dont think Phil or anybody else would have made any difference, we still have the same players, and a really weak bench. Face it people, Dwight wont all of a sudden start making shots from the post, or make fts, or stop getting stripped just because Phil is the coach, Nash wont just start playing defense just because Phil is the coach, and the list goes on. We have no real pg that can break down any defense, heck we dont even have a back up pg. Nash cant even break his own man without a pick, i think its time we signed some players who can create their own shots and stop thinking the coach is the problem. I know that MD is not a perfect coach but there is only so much he can do.
