Blake is a little better than Duhon on the offensive end, but it isnt significantly different.

he needs to stay healthy and play decent - to be shopped - or to make Duhon expendable.

Sad thing is Duhon hits more of them than Blake the past couple years it seems. I wouldn't be shocked to see Duhon, Blake, and Meeks all get time with Pau and Antwan in the second unit.

dude, are you serious with that sig? Nash is far from garbage....

At lease he is another option. If one of the guards is not doing it. Then it will be his turn to show if he can be the guy or not. Got to give Blake at lease a shot. Morris and Duhon have not performed well. I would give Morris more time just due to he is young and at 6'4, he might be able to do more than the older guards on the roster.

Nash isn't garbage but be fair. Nash has been pretty bad most of the year. Definitely not living up to his 9 mil contract. However Nash has looked good since Kobe has taken over his primary ballhandling duties.

These past two games he's been brilliant in more of a shooting guard role.

Has Blake even been on the bench recently. I don't remember seeing him with the team.
It'd be hard to imagine him playing if he hasn't been practicing.

Blake tries harder on D, still not a good defender by any stretch though as for shooting part, I dont think either one is consistent, Duhon can hit it at the same rate as Blake if given those wide open looks like Blake has in the past but unlike Blake he doesn't hesistate to shoot if he gets the shot. Blake couldn't get into the paint to create to save his life, I think I could count on my hands the # of times this guy has gone into the paint to create some offense during his tenure here.

Ya Blake is no threat to drive whatsoever. Definitely not the extra dribble penetrator our team has been lacking. You could have a hand with 3 missing fingers and you'd still have plenty to count the number of times that guy has driven the lane and made a layup with any sort of traffic whatsoever.

I actually wouldn't mind seeing blake play at the 2 with nash some. I think he is the type of shooter that gets hot when the pass to him is right in his "shooting pocket." Nash is one of the best of all time at delivering said shooting pocket pass.

Honestly he should do well in this offense. He's a good decision maker and doesn't make many mistakes, he can really help this team

As for shooting, I think Duhon is actually a better shooter than Blake. People forget how many wiiiide open shots Blake missed last year. Duhon doesn't shoot as much, but if he gets the same looks that Blake got, I think he's a bigger shooter. To be fair I'm being very lazy and not even looking up basic percentages and going by the eye test, so I could be very wrong.

I feel like Blake, as much as I hate him, has a higher impact in the game. Duhon just doesn't do anything other than the occasional shot. Both are meh defenders, but Blake is scrappier and plays with more energy. He also occasional has good games where he makes some big shots. I haven't seen anything out of that from Duhon.
