But he also needs to let Nash facilitate as well. it can't just be Kobe initiating the offense every single possession from the opening tip.

Versus Westbrook, Lawsom, Parker, Paul, Conley it better damn well be as the season has shown us

Curry, Thomas, Dragic, Lin, Deron, Hill - go with Nash

Guys here are too fickle, don't know why when Kobe is always out and we win games that all of a sudden he's the one who has to make the adjustment. Kinda crazy, Kobe is paid score period. The fact is guys like Kobe don't need to have somebody create shots for him, he doesn't need somebody to get him open, this is why he's in the top 10 all time in scoring.

I'm not surprise that we can win without him, that's a testament to Mitch for understanding what type of guys have to be around Kobe. Trust me I get what everybody is saying about the ball movement, but long term we can't win with a less aggressive Kobe. It's up to the guys to elevate their games also.

That and we haven't played a real full are without him vs a good team. People said the same thing years ago in 10 about Pau, Andrew, Lamar, Sannon, and Fish nail they played Boston.

After Kobe's uber faciliator mode cooled down, personally I think he's found the perfect balance between being a scorer and a facilitator. He isn't getting 15 assists a game anymore but he's doing 7 or 8 which is about where he should be.

The only two guys you just mentioned that bother Nash on defense are Westbrook and Conley.

Westbrook bothers everyone on D. The guy just went off for 35 again tonight. It doesn't matter who's on him, he's too fast and too strong for anyone to guard him individually at PG.

Suns have changed up their rotation some since we last saw them. Obviously Gortat is out for the year, Shannon Brown doesn't get up off the bench anymore it seems. I believe this is their new starting lineup.

PG: Goran Dragic
SG: Wesley Johnson
SF: One of the Morris Twins
PF: The other Morris Twin
C: Jermaine O'Neal

Dudley, PJ Tucker, Scola all come off the bench. They also swapped Telfair for Haddadi at the deadline. Kendall Marshall gets minutes as well.

this team's too good, damn.

when Kobe and Pau gets back, Mike will have a big problem managing minutes. think Pau will eat up Earl's PT? Earl Ron's? hopefully Kobe's and Nash's can be cut also with Blake and Twan beastin.

Nash/Blake/Bryant
Bryant/Meeks/Blake
MWP/Clark/Jamison
Gasol/Jamison/MWP/Clark
Howard/Gasol

stacked at 4 but the position gives a variety of styles that suites MDA.

Apparently Metta has been injured.

whatevers, he played well so now he can justify those ugly shooting nights with that injury but what happens when he goes on another horrible shooting slump, is he gona only reveal these "secret" injuries after the fact? I know we praise players for playing through injuries and not using it as a crutch but it doesn't matter when said player is negatively affecting the team play on the court like MWP has with his slump as of late.
