Read somewhere they're only going with 14. Last roster spot open. I like Hudson but I feel a need for a garbage type, banger big.

Shawn Marion has looked good at PF the last couple of years and since the majority of the league has gone smaller he'd look great as a 4 in L.A.

If you can get him for a Blake+Hill in a three-way deal that leaves you in need of one decent backup rather than the question mark of Hill and a few other guys together. He'd be a good mentor to Elias Harris as well.

I doubt DAL is doing any deals with LAL after the LO debacle, but I guess anything is possible. I like the fit and the familiarity with the offense.

i mentioned him before, but i wouldn't be surprised to see him on the lakers next season.

All this talk about trading Blake and Hill I think is nonsense right now I can see later in the season especially if Farmar is playing well and Hudson makes the team and shows promise that Lakers could look to move Blake to a team that needs a good backup PG.

I would still go for Odom as the final guaranteed contract another option would be Ivan johnson but all the Lakers can offer him is the minimum.

Harrington can shoot the three if i remember correctly. He can be a spot up shooter. He has a great offensive game.

He's going to likely be as bad as Jamison on defense and not better on offense. I think we should rather look for some semblance of a shot blocker to shore up the front-court.

Am I the only person that remembers that Al Harrington has already had a run in with Mike D'Antoni and just like with numerous other players it didn't end well.

I wish their was a young player in the nba that somewhat resembled rasheed wallace (blazers(2000)/pistons sheed). This type of player would fit great with our team.

PG seems like he could be even better than Kobe... IMO.

Sweet Lou Amundson - solid defender, rebounder, great hustle player, excellent teammate, fell in love with the guy in PHX. For a guy with no great skills he elevates the others on the team. If we want to improve defensively he's a guy that would help, and with the outlet pass too

hearing Jamison to the Clippers is pretty much done. Was pretty sure both sides wanted that especially with Doc and Jamison scheduling a sitdown

Nash/Blake/Farmar
Bryant/Meeks
Young/Johnson/Harris
Hill/Kelly
Gasol/Kaman/Sacre

camp invites: Shawne Williams, Marcus Landry

based on the invites they seem to be looking for versatile/stretch 4s, or they may be just be after quality bigs at the 4 spot. other prospective UFA PFs: James Johnson, Lamar Odom, Tyrus Thomas, Lou Amundson, Dajuan Blair, Ivan Johnson, Al Harrington.

2 more spots open. still not sold on Hill playing big minutes and Kelly backing him up.

btw, what's the criteria for a player getting a camp invite?
