Both New York teams are a mess right now. It hurts to watch. Kidd is rapidly losing what little control he had of that team, and they continue to lose. Woodson's days are numbered, but to be fair, he's dealing with injuries. If it weren't the Knicks/Lakers/HEAT/Nets, the pressure to win games even without all your players healthy wouldn't be as high. That's the price you pay for making it to the main event in the NBA. Higher salaries, higher scrutiny.

You think the Knicks move Melo?

No. No one is going through that again, and if he forces a trade (which I doubt, as he can just enter free agency as he said he would this summer) for the second time in his career, it's over for him.
