Kobe still being doubled. Start Ellington with Kobe for 3s?

I noticed in the Warriors game, even with Klay Thompson guarding, the Warriors had to double when Kobe had it in the post.

The issue with this is we need guys who are making that entry pass to Kobe in the post to be able to shoot at a high clip from three ideally to take real advantage.

Nash of course would be good...and if Lin can start shooting well from three...we could really be competitive IMO. Meeks would of been perfect on this team right now as well, it's too bad we lost him. I really think we lack a good three point shooter...and I'm thinking running Ellington in the starting line up with Kobe may be a good idea.

Ellington seems to be the best three point shooter besides Nash and I can't help but think it would be more ideal for Ellington to start over Wesley Johnson.

The question is how much defensively will we lose replacing Wesley with Ellington? I see Wesley as a fast athletically gifted player...but his reaction time seems to always hurt him on the defensive end.

Interesting idea. In games that Jeremy Lin starts, I totally agree. In games Nash starts, start Wes. With Lin, Kobe, Johnson, Boozer, Hill.. There's no consistent spacers there outside of Boozer's mid range game.
