What exactly do u think this roster could accomplish with a different coach? How is it worth the hassle?

At least a coach with a plan and know what he is doing. Develop the young players. Play to their strength. Work on sets, etc. I think pick up street ball plays better than this Scott coached Lakers.

He was calling out every spot where Wayne would get a shot from before Wayne got them. Called out the ISO areas Nick and Kobe were going to before they got there. Called out the pop out and joked that's the same play PJ brown and David West were popping out at a decade ago Hill is using. He pointed out the back picks and drift into the corner from the SF spot. He said watch them leave the corner 3 open on D to rotate here just like we used to. He even joked about Scott's 12 minute pretape running drill where the players run the court for 12 minutes and he takes baskets, saying Scott hasn't changed at all from the guy he knew all those years ago.
So yep DW was annoying to listen to as he was like an old karate master saying here comes the hook, the jab, the leg sweep, and laughing that his old teacher has nothing new in his arsenal. The game was a big old joke throughout to him.
